Beth
Whiting has traveled the world and led outdoor trips for over
10 years. She loves working with both students and adults. Her Teton
born skiing ability, artistic talent, and boundless energy inspire
her love for what she does at On The Loose. |

A
mountaineer, educator, and amateur anthropologist, Bruce Hennessey
is also the Director of the North Country Camps in the Adirondacks.
He has over 20 years of outdoor leadership experience, loves to telemark
ski and explore the mountains. |

Michelle
Cournoyer is now an integral part of the On The Loose team as
Marketing Director but exploring the mountains is her number one passion.
Michelle has 8 years of experience guiding international bicycle trips
and working with Vermont youth programs. |

Leah Mital
Skiff is cofounder of the Vermont Commons School, an environmentally-based
secondary school in South Burlington, VT. She's a Spanish teacher
(former Ecuador resident ), avid cyclist, rock climber, kayaker,
and professional wilderness leader.

Berne
Broudy is as likely to be found in Peru, NY as Peru, South America.
She has been guiding adventure tours for 10 years on three continents.
Berne is also a freelance writer and photographer, and yoga teacher.
She has an infectious fun-loving energy! |

Harry
Frank has been a leader in experiential education for over 15
years as a teacher and administrator, and now does consulting work
in schools. He offers OTL's corporate programs innovative approaches
to conflict resolution and team building. |

Brett
Poirier is our resident St. John expert. With his never ending
energy, he will take you on wonderful hikes, sunset walks and exploration
of hidden places. He also guides trips for Country Walkers and Wonder
Walks. |
