information prior to departure, as well as arrive with appropriate
clothing and gear (we will send you detailed lists and suggestions
for preparation when we receive your deposit and application).

of personal equipment and clientıs capacity to participate in
activities.

Plan Early!: We'd
love to have you join us! As you all are spreading the word about

recommend that you contact us with ample timing before the start
of your trip for reservations. We suggest at least 2 months in
advance for weekend trips, and at least 5 months in advance for
week-long and extended trips. Planning early also helps ensure
that you get the most
competitive airline rates.
Registration:
To reserve a space on a trip, please fill out the enclosed application,
sign the back and send it with a deposit of $100.00 (weekends)
or $250.00 (week-long/extended trips). Checks can be made payable
to On The Loose Expeditions, Inc. When we receive your deposit,
we will send you a helpful trip information packet. To complete
your registration, full payment is due 60 days before departure,
otherwise we may consider the reservation cancelled.

or environmental disaster beyond our control, we will cancel no
less than 30 days prior to departure, and a full refund will be
provided. OTL is not responsible for personal expenses incurred
in preparation.
Trip cancellation insurance:
We strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance
as part of your planning. Ask us or any travel agent about insurance
providers that offer these simple policies. In the past, our clients
have used Access America at #800-284-8300. This low cost insurance
protects all deposits and payments should you have to cancel your
trip due to personal or family illness. Baggage and accident insurance
is also available. A reminder: If you have purchased airfare,
make sure to cover this cost in your trip cancellation insurance.
Revised
Weekend Policies
To
better accommodate late weekend bookings, we have revised our
weekend registration policy; however, we encourage you to book
as soon as possible to guarantee your space in the trip.
Registration:
Registration must be completed, with payment in full, by 2 weeks
(14 days) prior to start date. If we do not receive your full
payment by this date, we will assume your reservation is cancelled,
and we transfer your spot to other interested clients. We will
hold your deposit for application to a future trip with On The
Loose.
